VeA Holds 4th Anniversary Celebration
Written by Baccharus
Tuesday, 05 May 2009

Virtute et Armis recently crossed a threshold attained by few; it reached its fourth year as a Guild.  To celebrate this momentous occasion, VeA held a gala celebration with former, current, and even new guild members.  Marking the occasion, VeA inducted Thalorn (a Night Elf Rogue) into the guild as its newest member.  Four years and still going strong!

Looking for some more guild friends!

Have you ever been to Eonar?  Even if the answer is no, you might be interested in Virtute Et Armis.  VeA was formed on May 1st of 2005 and has long been a family oriented casual guild made up of exceptional people.  We make no bones that we aren't a raiding guild.  We're here to have fun, make new friends and enjoy the content.  That doesn't mean that we don't want to see some of the exciting 10-man content that's out there.

Over the years Virtute has been on trips to Molten Core, Karazhan, Zul'Aman and even paid Gruul a visit.  We've had a lot of fun and been very successful.  Now we're looking for some more friends.   Yes, first and foremost, we're looking for friendly fun people who want to become our friends.  If this sounds like you we're on the right track.  If you're looking for the enjoyment of a casual guild that will eventually tackle all the 10-man content, but aren't in a hurry to get there, then we may be for you.

Look around, and if you're still interested, click on the forums button and follow the instructions to apply for membership!  We're looking forward to meeting more friends soon!

Christmas Party

On Monday, December 22nd, several members of Virtute Et Armis gathered at the gates of Ironforge to celebrate the holidays together.  The highlights of the night were the mystery gift exchange (lots of different pets were available as gifts to be traded until all were opened, kitty gifts from madje, and the drunken 100 yard dash after quickly downing 5 holiday beverages.  Everyone dressed up for the occasion and the mages even created mirror images!

There was much dueling and fun.  A special thanks to dustybutt, jusdelamour for hosting our party and to madje and baccharus and others who helped contribute to the fun!
